1) Book the appropriate # of slots for you or your group: Each green block indicates an appointment for ONE or TWO people, ONLY. Additional applicants will require additional blocks.
2) Don’t be late: Applicants are required to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving at your appointment late or with incomplete documentation will result in rescheduling.
3) Bring required documents: Ensure your form is filled out before your appointment time. Have all necessary documents, as outlined on the Department of State's website.
4) Payment method: Bring a check or money order. The Department of State does not accept cash or credit card. Call the library before your appointment for the amount.
5) Be respectful: The Fullerton Public Library requires that customers follow the rules set forth in our Code of Conduct, and upholds that these expectations will be enforced.
6) Know who to ask: Our agents execute applications, but they do not make final decisions on passport issuance. For questions on processing, contact the Department of State.
