Items that may not be renewed:

  • Feature Videos and DVDs
  • One Week Books and Audio
  • Items requested by other patrons.

Renewing Library Items Online

NOTE: Items may be renewed one time only.

  1. Log in to My Account

    1. From the Online Catalog, click the My Account tab.
    2. Enter the barcode from your library card in the Borrower ID field. Enter all of the numbers with NO spaces.
    3. Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the PIN field. By default, your PIN is the last four digits of your home phone #.
    4. Click Login.
    5. The Account Overview page lists the information you can access.
      • CHECKED OUT: See and renew currently checked out items.
      • HOLDS: Items ready to be picked up or waiting to become available.
      • FINES/BLOCKS: Late fines, fee blocks and other account messages.
      • PROFILE: See and request changes to address, phone number, email address, and PIN.

  2. Click the "Checked Out" link.

    A list of items you currently have checked out will be displayed.

  3. To Select All:

    Check the box at the top left of the title bar.

  4. To Select Individual Titles:

    Check the box to the left of the item(s) you want to renew.

  5. Click the Renew button just above the selection check boxes.

    The item(s) selected will be renewed.

  6. When finished, log out of your user account.

    Click on the LOG OUT button at the top, right of the screen.
